It is time to reconnect, it is time to come together IN HARMONY with our beautiful school community. We hope you will join us in what will undoubtedly be an evening of magic and love!

After 5 years we are bringing our Annual Spring Gala back to Portland Waldorf School! The IN HARMONY Gala will be celebrated on March 9th, 2024 starting at 5pm. We will have our live auction, games, and a catered dinner from Field Day featuring local, seasonal, ingredients. The evening will conclude with music and dancing!

Where is the gala taking place?

After 5 years we are bringing the gala back to our beautiful campus. The live auction, dinner and dancing will all take place in the PWS gym.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel good. Many people will take this opportunity to dress up! Most importantly, come as your wonderful self!

Can I sit with my friends?

All individual and couple tickets will be able to choose any seat at any table which isn't reserved. If you have a group of eight you would like to sit with, you can email Mia to reserve a full table for you, otherwise you may sit at any table you like.

What can I expect?

A really good time! When you arrive (doors open at 5pm) there will be an open bar with a signature cocktail, wine, beer, appetizers, photobooth, and music. You'll then find a seat in the gym for an amazing meal and the live portion of the program which includes: slideshow, games, raffle drawing, Dessert Dash, special appeals, and live auction! Once that excitement is over, it's time for music and dancing! The bar will remain open and you can enjoy socializing with friends new & old and having a proper night out on the town!

Yes, please! There is a donation form button right below on this page, or you can ask Mia for assistance.

Can I ask others to donate?

Yes! Asking people and businesses that you like and frequent yourself is a great way to support both the school and our local community. You can direct people to our auction website or pick up a form from Mia. Donations are being accepted through Feb 21st.
